Dominick J. Robustelli has over 41 years of experience in personal injury cases. During Mr. Robustelli's first ten years of practice, he worked for and became a partner in a defense personal injury firm learning the insurance companies' ways of evaluating cases, setting reserves of cases, valuing cases and settling cases. Working on behalf of an insurance company, Dominick J. Robustelli learned what insurance companies look for in setting values on cases.
Mr. Robustelli has lived an worked in 3 counties in the area since becoming an attorney. His first 10 years he worked for, and became a partner in a Rockland County, Stony Point law firm that conducted insurance defense work where he leaned the value of personal injury cases and laws. Insurance companies set reserves on these cases.
The next eight years of Dominick J. Robustelli's practice, he worked for and became the managing partner of the then largest White Plains, New York plaintiff personal injury firm. He oversaw the growth of this firm from 8 attorneys to 23 attorneys. It was there that he supervised fifty-seven employees, evaluating and settling cases. It was there that Mr. Robustelli learned the efficiency of moving and settling cases as soon as practicable and if necessary, commenced litigation without delay and pushed the client's case through the court system to the greatest amount of recovery for the client's injuries.
20 years ago in 1994, Dominick J. Robustelli started his own firm by the name of Dominick J. Robustelli & Associates, PLLC, representing only injured people and is celebrating the firms 20 years in business in White Plains, New York. The firm is a boutique personal injury firm. Mr. Robustelli prides himself in knowing every client and their case. He developed personal relationships with former clients and now remains a close friend with a former client who suffered paraplegia from a medical malpractice action and received $4 million for his injuries in 1999.
Since opening his firm, he has handled hundreds of clients with injuries ranging from quadriplegic, paraplegic, traumatic brain injuries as well as the less very serious injuries of back and whiplash injuries. Dominick J. Robustelli & Associates, PLLC represents people with fractured fingers to wrongful death claims. No case is too small or too large to handle.
At present, Mr. Robustelli is handling an individual personal injury case involving a twenty—eight year old who fell from a construction site resulting in a traumatic brain injury in violation of construction Labor Law statutes and scaffolding laws and has gained a successful settlement after seven years of litigation of $3.1. Further, he is also handling for a fifty-four year old women who was injured in a motor vehicle accident by an improperly placed object loaded into an SUV by store personnel and the owner of the car which struck our client in the neck resulting in paralysis and quadriplegia. Mr. Robustelli only represents the injured individual referred to as a plaintiff and does no insurance company defense work.
